The contract atelier
Most legal tools do one thing. A chatbot drafts, a repository stores, a workflow routes. Teams stitch them together and still lose hours to the same problems: drafting from a blank page, hunting for the current version, and tracking who owes what by when.
We built Adira to hold the whole lifecycle in one place, and to do the two things none of the point tools do: draft in your house style, and read a contract for what it means for you, where you are exposed, the leverage you hold, and the clause a stronger version would have added.
Your corpus stays in your control, private by design. The result is less time on the mechanical parts of contracting, and more on the judgment only a lawyer can bring.
08The Belief
A contract is not a document you file and forget. It is a living obligation, drafted, negotiated, signed, and governed as one continuous record.
